Transparent Disbursements & Additional Expenses At Compass & Covenant Genealogy, honesty and transparency are the cornerstones of our practice. Please note that the investment fees for our structured packages and hourly block bookings exclusively cover our professional research, forensic analysis, and report compilation. Any necessary out-of-pocket expenses required to advance your specific investigation will be charged strictly at cost, with absolutely no markup. These external disbursements may include ordering official General Register Office (GRO) certificates, archival reproduction fees, or mileage (45p pm) and necessary inexpensive accommodation for physical trips to local record offices and parish churches. To ensure complete peace of mind and budget predictability, no additional expenses will ever be incurred without explicit, prior approval.
